Landlords
At Thermofix we are on hand to ensure that our landlord-run properties remain legally compliant by offering; annual gas safety inspections, appliance servicing, repairs and by ensuring that tenants know how to run their heating systems correctly.
By law, landlords are responsible for:

- The safe condition and maintenance of appliances, flues and pipework.
- That all gas appliances and flues provided for tenant use have an annual safety check by a registered Gas Safe engineer.
Annual landlord safety certificates (CP12) start at £60.00 per certificate and include up to three gas appliances (boilers, hob/ovens and fires included).
All certification is provided digitally in keeping with our paperless practices and emailed directly to the landlord for speed & convenience.

In addition to the legal requirements we also offer a package deal which includes the completion of the CP12 and annual boiler service at £75.00
Annual servicing is the gold standard for ensuring that a boiler:
- Remains working as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Adheres to the terms for any manufacturer warranties.
- Can pre-empt any potential issues before they affect the provision of heating and hot water.
